The Real Nappy Campaign (external link) is the national equivelant to our Cumbrian initiative. Their site contains lots of useful hints and tips.
Swap it (external link) is a facility offered by our sister site recycleforcumbria.org (external link). Here people can swap items that they don't need for items that they do - particularly useful for items your child has outgrown.
Freecycle (external link) is a national site which enables people a means to offer for free items they no longer require. And as we all know how much stuff we can go through when we have a baby, this is a great place to pick things up free of charge.
Nappy Valley (external link) is an auction site specifically designed for baby equipment and childrens' stuff. Listings on this site are bought and sold but it's still a great means of picking up a bargain while doing your bit for the environment.
